Brain Fitness-Stretch Those Axons and Dendrites-Crunches for the Cerebellum.
I have decided to try out several of the recent brain fitness programs to come on the market. I am using Lumosity and Brain Builder 3.0 (actually several years old) and the Posit Science Auditory program. Lots of people are trying them out, and writing about them, but I am going to train on them, and see how to bring them into my practice. More coming soon.
